An Omni Air International Boeing 767-200 N207AX en-route to Washington, United States of America has diverted to Dublin, Ireland due to a medical emergency on board.

The Omni Air Boeing 767-200 ER with registration N207AX departed Sofia, Bulgaria as OY6210 at 21:33  bound for Washington. Within 30 minutes of leaving the Irish coast and starting its Atlantic crossing, the Boeing 767 had contacted Air Traffic Control and obtained instructions to divert to Dublin. The aircraft landed in Dublin at 11:35pm GMT.

 

After landing in Dublin the ill passenger was taken care of and the aircraft was refueled, the aircraft then departed Dublin at 03:42 am GMT, 3 hours 7 minutes after landing.

25 minutes after departing Dublin, the aircraft began its Atlantic crossing and is expected to land in Washington at 06:28 am EDT.
